UBEREATS ARE ******* WITH NO ETHICS AT ALL

We were working late and ordered KFC for dinner to the value of R626. The delivery driver claims to have tried to phone us and that he was there to deliver the order but nobody was there and nobody came out to collect the food. The butchery has several cameras and eyes on the entire parking lot which means we have camera footage that this driver was never there and also have the ubereats chat records that we told him exactly where to go. He was at one point close but never arrived and simply left without making contact. Ubereats stole our food and now refuses to refund the R626 we paid for the food. They REFUSE to help us and are shutting down any attempt we make to get what is rightfully ours. We regularly order via Ubereats, but this was the last time. Therefor we will now make it our mission to tell people the truth of this companies extremely poor ethic and customer service. The drivers name is Terrance. ITS OUTRAGEOUS THAT WE SUPPORT THIS COMPANY DURING THESE TOUGH TIMES AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SIMPLY ***** YOUR MONEY AND YOUR FOOD.
