UberEats are *******! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I ordered a meal off UberEats and waited outside in the sun for the delivery guy and he never arrived. I messaged him multiple times to ask where he was and he never responded even though the app indicated that the messages had been READ. The app then changed the order status to "delivered" even though it was never delivered. I then tried to contact UberEats MULTIPLE TIMES to lodge a complaint. I have received no response despite having logged numerous queries. It has been the most appalling service delivery experience and they are essentially ******* as they have not refunded me one cent.
