Ubereats are ******* and don’t deliver

I ordered food from Ubereats and it was not delivered. They charged me and now I can’t get hold of them. The stupid app charges you to contact them and no one responds. This is terrible service and they are *******. I will not use this app ever again and no one else should as well. So I didn’t get my food and they haven’t refunded me.
