UberEats are Theives

Are you people serious? What the hell are you doing to stop your drivers *****ing peoples food? I waited an hour for food, only to have to walk to the front of the complex and find no one, after it said my "food was delivered" and the process to get my money back!! All you did was make me phone the driver who doesn't pick up!! After trying 7 times I was rewarded "Uber Cash" instead of waiting 10 business days for my money back and you gave me R3 extra for inconvenience? Are you jus?! What the **** is wrong with you guys? Do they even face consequences? What the hell is my 1 star going to do to make a difference? Nothing.
