Ubereats are the worst !!!

Ubereats might be the most unreliable , lame excuse of a food delivery service . It’s the last time I use them . Their after service help line is of no use . Why do they employ drivers that don’t speak English or have no service knowledge. They refused to refund my money after explaining that I havnt received my order from KFC mowbray for 4. Burgers and soft drinks . I asked them to contact the driver , they refused to do that as well. They debited my account for a order I havnt received . The driver is enjoying the burgers with his family on my account .and his phone is off and he gets away with theft and gets to do it to another victim the next day. Ubereats gave me the run around for 4 hours . Eventually I gave up . Ubereats suck ! I hope there’s another food delivery service coming soon so that they can have competition ....
