Ubereats are ******** ***

I placed an order food through uber eats wich cost me R227 and I never go the order, when I write emails they don't respond they only respond to their twitter account. I told them I never received my order and they always respond the same way alleging that they paid my money back, but my bank statement does no reflect that I have received that amount, its been two months.
