UberEats are *****s that will ***** your money!

UberEats are *******. I cancelled an order made at 6:30PM which was rejected by 3 different drivers and the delivery time was stretched by 2 hours before the app refreshed my order and extended delivery time half an hour more! I cancelled at 8PM but the outsourced person from India is saying I cancelled at 6:30PM! How can I order and cancel at the same time. I have screenshots to prove their lies. They are still refusing a refund even though I have sent screenshots and they have system data on their side.
