Ubereats are only interested in making money not being a service for the people

I placed an order incorrectly for the buy one get one free offer

I did not click +1 on the item

Assuming it adds the free item at the end The offer was R125 for two wraps but because I did not click +1 and I left it as just 1....the restaurant received the order to only make one. I called them to change the collection time an they adviced only 1 wrap order was received. I tried contacting Uber eats to amend the order as I was being charged R125 regardless....they said there is nothing they can do.

So im charged R125 for one when they could have creating a process to accommodate or errors like this and given me what their offer states.
