UBEREATS ARE ******* - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

I have had to worst experience I have ever received from UBEREATS.

I have been owed a refund for over 2 weeks now for a delivery THEY cancelled. Every time I follow up, I get an automated response and when I call in there is no sense of urgency.

I have reported to my bank and thet can't do anything as it was a capitec pay payment.

I feel like laying a charge of theft against them.

After being ****** last week, I called them to please push my refund as obviously the funds were needed. I was assured someone would come back to me but 3 days later and still no response.

Its is absolutely disgusting! No customer service at all!!!
