UberEats are *****ing money from clients!!!!

My daughter ordered from Steers via UberEats at 10:00 am on 24 November 2023. She opted to pay via EFT and the money was deducted from her bank account. When she checked on the order to find out what time it would be delivered, the order had disappeared. No order number, no trace of the order at all. EVEN THOUGH the MONEY WAS DEDUCTED. This is totally unacceptable. Why have I paid for an order, and then it was deleted. Who is *****ing the money? There is no phone number to call to lodge a complaint, no way to contact Uber Eats at all to settle this problem. Please can You sort our this issue and refund the money that was ******.
