Last night my wive and I ordered some food, the driver phoned us and said that the security isn't letting him in, we went to the gate to meet the driver, he wasn't there, security confirmed he was never there.

Uber is refusing me a refund on the grounds that the driver contacted me and waiting for me, yet, he was never at my complex!

This is theft! Between you and your drivers! You are *****ing from us!
