I placed an order from McDonald's via UberEats and received someone else's order, much lower in value to my own. When I logged a query with photographic evidence, including a picking slip, I was advised that on this occasion they could not issue me with any refund. The reason cited was that I have had one more incorrect order this month.

While we understand this news is disappointing, we can unfortunately not correct this mistake in any way or form.
Even the restaurant has confirmed that the incorrect order was given to the UberEats driver.
I am proceeding with legal action and believe a group of us with similar experiences have grounds for class action. I have logged a case of ***** against them and have requested a charge back. An investigation has revealed that class action cases against UberEats is a regular occurrence in the UK.
