I have several things that went wrong on Ubereats an refuse to refund me 7th of August total 194 driver didn't pitch Ubereats said " I am not eligible for a refund" even though I I had to give Uber driver a pin to confirm if I got the order or not I then replaced the order hoping they would put 2 and 2 together SAMETHING HAPPENED UBER DRIVER DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH I reported both orders that did not come an they said again " not eligible for refund" Both order were over R400 put together 3rd August I ordered from edo sushi I had missiong items an damaged food due to driver I reported it an they said " noo eligible"
