Ubereats are *******

I placed an order at about 18:00 pm today using Ubereats from Pedros. After 30 minutes I decided to check on my Order and it has automatically vanished from the app but my money was taken from my bank account. I have been trying to get help but no one wants to help me . I am appalled by this service and my son and I do not have super today.
