I ordered on the app from kfc. I saw on the app that it said my order is delivered but I did not receive the order. I called the driver from the App and he said he is coming now. Uber Eats now say that I am not eligable for a refund as the drivef followed procedure. How was food then delivered without me giving my pin to receive the order. This is called *****ing.
