Ubereats are *******

I placed an order through ubereats about 2 nights ago. The Ubereats delivery man decided that getting a code and coming into my complex was too much admin for him so he STOLE my food and left. I tried calling him multiple times to no avail and now I have contacted ubereats TWICE to share the experience only to be sent messages saying that nothing can be done even though it is their responsibility to make sure that their employees are trustworthy and not ********s. This is absolutely disgusting and so disappointing. Ubereats doesn't deserve to be getting peoples business after such *****ing from people.
