UberEats are *******

I placed an order on Sunday, 05th April on Ubereats from Jimmys Express in Florida, Beacon Isle, JHB. Jimmy's called me regarding the cutting of my order and gave the food to the driver named Kasule. Kasule supposedly called me numerous times when I got 1 missed call from him and called back as he sent me a pic showing that he delivered the food..... I called him back immediately and told him that he delivered the food to the wrong location as there were cars and people outside my house and he was all of a sudden surprised and said he is coming back and will ensure I get my order. I waited and no Kasule arrived, I then called him back a few times and couldnt get through to him. I called Jimmys for his details and the Manager Justin did not have his details but said he was in contact with Ubereats and explained what had happened and that they will refund my full amount.... mind you it was R374.90..... I have been escalating and escalating and being told by Ubereats that my food was delivered to the right location and to them its all correct and will not be refunding me and politely closed the incident. This is not the 1st time, Ubereats has become a **** where they say they delivered peoples orders, send you a random pic knowing fully that they are a bunch of *******! I want my money back and want them to be exposed for the ******* that they are!
