Ubereats App is not fine!!!

I placed an order on uber eats and paid and received confirmation that it went through. After a few minutes wen i went back to the app my order had disappeared and doesn't even show on my history. When I called uber eats they tell me they cant find my order but my money will be retured with 5-7 working days.

Im not happy and why should i wait so long for my money if the fault is on their side!
