Ubereats and Vida Cafe Builders Kempton Park

I ordered on Ubereats app and the restaurant called me almost instantly and told me they can't complete my order, I have reported this with Uber and the results was 1st that they can't refund due to the restaurant that had prepared my meal already, I then explained and they told me they will refund, it's been 2 months now and nothing has happened the chat starts over everytime and you have no way off contacting then and selecting the help option on the order shows now your are outside of the refund window
