Ubereats and their drivers arr ****mers

I ordered a Chateau gateaux on the 4th of June ,till this day I never received my order,the driver wrote a comment that he left the cake at the reception which reception no one knows,I have been sending messages to them with no success,ubereats doesn't respect clients and should be banned looking at the number of complaints
