UberEats and their delivery drivers are *******

I ordered food(R123) yesterday through UberEats and my order was not delivered. Then I complaint through their app and they said "my order isn’t eligible for a refund". I will stop and advise my colleague to stop using service as nothing comes good from service than THEFT
