UberEats and RocoMamas don't care about whether you live or die!!!

Absolutely appalled by UberEats lack of customer protection. After my order was still "being prepared" after 1 hour 15 minutes by RocoMamas and I requested a cancelation from the chat bot, they still have the nerve to say I should wait a few more minutes. So basically UberEats support told me to just die from starvation cause they were not willing to do anything about the situation. I would have been OK to wait some more if they had atleast attempted to contact the restaurant and make them aware of their poor service. In all of this though I would like to thank the driver who let me know that the restaurant was packed and online orders were not priority
