Ubereats (and promo's not working), over charges

Dear Ubereats, if a customer reports a miss billing, and you are sitting in Amsterdam looking at the request, and not even dont know how the south african market works (related to take away food), then I am giving up.

This was now the 2nd time in 2 months where I had to proof myself right, as your system is buggy (IT issues), promotions not working.
