UberEats and Moja Cafe

I ordered from UberEats and my order never arrived. I tried to resolve the issue on the app and email but I was totally ignored by the restaurant (Moja cafe, Southgate Mall) and UberEats. The driver was also extremely rude when I texted about my order.
