ÜberEats and McDonald’s SUCK

I placed an order at McDonald’s Blue Valley. I saw that the delivery time was constantly being extended. Irrespective of the ********** service received from the McDonald’s staff member, how does your system SUDDENLY have an error resulting in my order being cancelled? Surely McDonald’s should have known this when an order for burgers wasn’t being collected. Sundi, from McDonald’s told me that it’s not her problem. The problem is with Über Eats. What pathetic service is this literally 90 minutes after the order was placed?
