UberEats and McDonalds Mams Mall pathetic service.

I have had enough with the below par service we receive from UberEats in Mamelodi along side McDonalds mamelodi east. I had a request with my partners phone- they got the address wrong as well as my beverage came 1/4 empty. I paid the full delivery and meal fee for the idiotic driver, Kgaogelo Lawrence, to tell me that I have to meet him at the BP garage because he "doesn't have petrol". I cannot pay a full amount and get such pathetic service.
