UberEats and KFC ****med me

Meal Order #7BF56 (25/05/2024) I ordered meal at KFC Florida (JHB) via UberEats for R274 (2X KFC Dunked pops & 2X KFC Spicy crunch box buddy).

The delivery was quick by the item was missing (1 X KFC Spicy crunch box buddy). I stopped the delivery guy, I told him there's item missing and he said he will return the whole order to the KFC store as he can't confirm missing product on his device.

Is been 5hours now since the delivery guy left, and there's no communication. I tried many times to log complains on the UberEats platform but there's no response.

I feel ******, I worked hard for that R274.00. I want my money back.
