Ubereats and KFC biggest ****s

I bought KFC on the 26th of June at Brackenfell hyper for 12 people and realised that i forgot 1 person then i 1 order for that person with the same reference.

Driver came with 1 pack of food,then we did not take the food but told the driver to go back and get the rest of the food (13 in total). He never came back.

We then went to KFC to find out,they said the driver came back and picked up the rest. The weird part is Hes using a different name and different profile photo.

Uber eats told KFC manager that they will refund my money but they only refunded 50% of the total amount. When i told KFC,they did not bother to assist,they said Ubereats should pay the total amount.

I will never buy from KFC and will never use ubereats ever again
