UberEats and it's drivers are running a ****.

My order was not delivered. Driver did not contact me and stole my order. I contacted UberEats and they are not helpful and insist on charging me for an order I did not receive. They said the driver was unable to get hold of me and waited long. This is a lie, the driver didn't even get to the complex I live in let alone contact me. I called the driver and it went to voicemail, I also called the driver through the app and still I was not able to get hold of him. They are refusing to help, they are not willing to provide me with proof that the driver was at the complex and attempted to contact me. They are unable to provide me with those details. Uber is running a **** with these drivers. There are so many complains about customers not getting their orders and I didn't think I would be a victim of this ****.
