Ubereats and Debonairs protea gardens mall

Ordered Debonairs pizza protea gardens via ubereats and my order was not delivered, I called the store and they said my order is still in in-store and was told I can come and collect it but they are already closing and they not sure if I will find them when I come and it was almost 19:55 so I couldn't make it as I stay far from the mall. So today I call again I am being told driver collected my order but I never received my order So my R139 down the drain just like that.
