UberEats allows ***** on their platform

Food was ordered and paid for the amount of R1490. I have never used UberEats before, nor have I ever used my bank card before as it's only for my bond and car insurance. How is it possible that UberEats security features, protocols and processes can be misused by *********? I want a explanation on why UberEats will allow payments if they can't verify that it originated with the bankcard owner's consent? I want my money refunded and UberEats can pursue these ********* from the delivery address. I'm a victim that their platform allowed it to happen. Your platform enabled these ********* to **********ly use my details. As a result of this my bond payment failed to go off and I'm behind now. I'm going to make this thing very public. My next step will be social media, the mainstream media and I will go so far as to involve the political sphere.
