UberEats allows drivers to ***** orders- don’t use them

Absolutely shocking that drivers are able to cancel after collecting and order and abscond with food, ie ***** it and Uber Eats then wastes time fighting the innocent client about it, refund eventually done but by then there is no option to reorder and wasted an hour of my life. Seriously need to put clients first, screen drivers better and lift your game to level of Mr Delivery- never ever had this experience n all my years of using them.. It also says a lot that there is no customer service email address, only contactable via their app with zero transparency or visibility. Screen your drivers better and stop treating the victim as the *****, Track your flipping drivers.
