Ubereats allow *****ulent transaction on an account not even liked to my profile

I noticed to transfer actions on my personal account on 26 Feb 2025 with in 15 minutes of each other for around R200 each.

I've highlighted this to uber and after several messages back and forth they refuse to return my funds.

It's clear ot *****, I'm in the western cape the trans actions happen in Johannesburg, 2 back to back transcations with in 15 minutes should also have set of some alarms bells but apparently Ubereats do not care about their customer.

I've highlighted these transactions to my banks ***** department hoping to get this resolve that way.

Anyway if your looking for customer service stay away from uber they simply do not care to help.
