Driver did not deliver, yet my order is completed. He did not come with the scooter. As per the app. As seen above in the screenshots he said, " We are parked outside". We? How do I in my right mind go up to a car that I do not know in the middle of the night? He did make himself visible at all. Sinan, the agent who was messaging me was not much of any help. I was asked if I wanted my order cancelled instead of the reaching out the the driver, who clearly refused to deliver my order. Still no refund
