I ordered from KFC Parow on March 2. I ordered an all-in-one feast and a sweet chili twister. The delivery guy arrived, and I asked him if he was sure that this was my order, as the package was smaller than usual and I had ordered these items before. He said yes. So after opening the package, it was not at all what I ordered. What I received were dunked wings, a normal chicken burger with chips, and an Oreo crusher. This was very disappointing as I ordered the food for a family of 3. I tried getting in contact with the driver, but I couldn’t get in touch with him. I left multiple emails to UberEats regarding my order and sent them proof and screenshots. This is not the first time this has happened; the previous time I didn’t receive my order at all. And the fact that you have to wait up to two weeks to get your money is not right. People don’t want vouchers or discounts. They want their money back in their own bank accounts. I am very disappointed. We use these ordering platforms for our convenience. At this point, it is a lot easier to just take that 5-minute drive to get your own food.
