UBEREATS *******

I ordered food from Burger King today. Paid R368 and the driver arrived. He opened his box with all the drinks spilled onto the food order. Everything was soaking wet and I refused the order. UberEats WILL NOT refund me because according to them I declined the order. The driver left with the food and we had to buy other food, no food or money....WHAT A *******, terrible customer service
