They don't eve deserve a star. i ordered food on Sunday and i never got the food, they deducted money from my card but when i request a refund they said i am not eligible to receive a refund because the driver called but i never picked up. i specifically wrote on the notes where i wanted the order to be delivered because during load shedding sometimes calls never come through.I said they must atleast send the food again then since they can't refund the money. Useless.
