UBEREATS

today I placed an order and paid by card and I never received my order, then they sent me a stupid picture with my order outside in some building that I dont even know and not show the name of the building and claiming that they he called me and I dont even have a single missed call from him.

I always order with ubereats and I have never had any issues before, why now.
