I would honestly give Uber Eats a nil rating. I have been spending the last hour trying to rectify a payment issue caused by the Uber Eats driver as he did not advise that I was short R7 on my order yesterday. I now have a notification blocking me from moving forward with my new order as UberEats claims payment of R172.92, which is totally incorrect as I made a cash payment upon delivery yesterday. I need the payment to be rectified as I do not owe UberEats R172.92 BUT ACTUALLY R7. FURTHERMORE I REFUSE TO PAY THE R7 BY CARD AS NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE HOWEVER CAN PAY THE R7 BY CASH. I NEED THIS MATTER RECTIFIED!
