UberEATS a ****

On the 2nd of September, I placed an order around 18:30, the restaurant is 7 minutes away, I had to way for over an hour/no communicaticat/No movement from the so called driver until he eventually disappeared on the site. When I called the restaurant, I was told there's nothing they can do. Now Uber Eats is telling me they'll refund me and the money will take a couple of days. So dissapointed in this and I'm going to delete the whole APP!!UberEats is unprofessional and an inconvenience!!
