UberEats a definite no!! Will now continue with MrD who has never let me down.

Order food and an hour later phoned the restaurant who informed us that UberEats collected the order 45 minutes ago. Phoned the driver, who sounded under the influence and he said he was on his way. Phoned him again after 15 minutes this time no reply. This is also not the first incident I have heard of. Will definitely not use them again! As we contacted UberEats they told us to lay a complaint, which as usual doesn't give you much options. So the food was collected but never made its way to our place.
