UberEats

This is the second time I have been cheated by UberEats!! Driver said he is lost, cant find place then he leaves food on a pavement or driveway takes a pic (with no street number etc) UberEats wont refund me, even after I paid a second time to get new order. The driver's are *****ing the food and we have to pay! Wont order on account again.
