UberEats, how is it possible that a delivery takes 1h 30 minutes and I live 15 minutes from the restaurant? The restaurant had the food ready and there was no traffic. However, the driver had to wait for another delivery en route which in turn delayed my order. Please, tell me how ethical is to charge 2 customers a delivery fee and then cause this delay?
