Uber eats is such a ****!! Always has problems from orders not arriving to items missing. Yesterday I placed an order had to cancel because address was incorrect and I couldn't change on my app and I couldn't get ahold of the restaurant. They said they'll charge a cancelation fee only to charge me the full amount. When I call the restaurant I'm told the order was never canceled If anything driver picked up order.

20 Nov 2024, 14:54 I would to get some assistance in regards to the order I placed on Sunday evening. I placed an order on my ubereats app, the restaurant was Pizza Boys Umhlanga. When I placed my order I immediately realized my address was incorrect, I tried changing it on my app it would not allow, I was told to contact the restaurant . I called the Pizza Boys Umhlanga I unfortunately could not get ahold of anyone after multiple tries. I had to cancel my order I was told a cancelation fee would be charged but I was charged the full amount. When I called the restaurant on Monday they told me the order was never canceled and the driver came to collect the order but on my app it showed as successfully canceled. I would like a refund on my order
