I ordered food on the app,but put in an incorrect address,tried changing the address,got a message that I couldn’t,and gave me an option to cancel,thought I would cancel and reorder with correct address,to my surprise I couldn’t get the refund as they said that the restaurant had already prepared the food,which is absurd as I did this only a few minutes after I placed my order,your service sucks,and I really want my money back,u am not dealing with the restaurant,because I ordered via you, is it because we are in Soweto,that’s why the service is poor???? Sort this out,because I am defined not letting this one slide,this my hard earned money
