UBEREATS

I was informed via Ubereats app that my food will be delivered around 17:05. Ten minutes before the time I was waiting outside for my delivery, but the guy never delivered. I went onto the app and received a photo that my food was delivered on the grass but I don't even have grass in front of my house and didnt see any food after investigating.

The delivery guy followed procedures according to Ubereats and they will not refund my amount.

This is very unproffesional and will not recommend UBEREATS at all.
