Ubereats *****

I placed an order at Fishaways over a week ago and paid cash for it. Ubereats recorded in their app that the order was not paid for and after clarifying, the record on the app was never corrected. On highlighting that i ordered a medium meal, not a small one which was delivered, they indicated on the app that Uber credit will be provided. After a week this never materialised, and when follow ups were made, Ubereats did not adequately engage with my query, started quoting info from many other orders, and this remains unresolved. I recommend not using this platform for orders due to the ********** manner in which issues are addressed, especially cash orders.
