UberEats

After placing my order with special instruction for driver (Collen) to please phone me when at the gate, my order never arrived.

After contacting UberEats - the feedback I received back was that the driver contacted me but that I never answered and that he waited at the premises for 12 minutes but no one opened the gate, WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE - I never received a call and there was definitely no one at the gate.

They also said that this was not eligible for a refund.

I will never make use of UberEats again - they are not trustworthy and client support is non existing.
