I am complaining on behalf of my cousin.

This is her complaint below.

For the past three months l have been trying to onboard on the ubereats delivery platform. I have been to the greenlight hub about 3times l am still not getting correct help. I paid for 150 for background check . It seems it is the only thing they care about. I have tried to get help within the app. It seems no one knows what they are doing.
