Ubereats driver gets here and provides me another order that looked somewhat like a schwarma, I then explained that looks nothing like my order. I ordered Pizza- triple decker. He apologised and said he’d need to rush back and collect this for me. I could monitor his trip back but he never made it to Kloof Debonairs until he cancelled as if he had safely delivered the parcel. I am mad coz this has never happened before, my whole promo and funds went off and he never attempted to make any contact to let me know the next best steps. Prolly assumed I would not care and just let it slide.
